Inspired by Chef Crystal's upbringing in Miami, Florida, and her late Aunt Dottie's legacy of warmth and hospitality, Dottie's NYC seeks to provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates Miami's cultural foods with a fusion of American, Cuban and Caribbean cuisines.

Destiny transforms every meal into a cherished memory, celebrating both food and human connection.

Addae Williams

Chef Addae discovered his love for cooking as a way to express his creativity and connect with others on a deeper level. He believes in the power of shared meals to create connections and foster a sense of belonging, where everyone can feel comfortable being themselves. Kasandra is a queer Filipino-American chef based in New York, blending bold flavors with modern culinary techniques. Passionate about celebrating her heritage, Kasandra creates dishes that tell stories of home, community, and joy. Kasandra’s cooking bridges tradition and innovation, bringing people together through food. Whether in the kitchen or out in the community, Kasandra is dedicated to sharing the richness of Filipino cuisine while advocating for diversity and inclusivity in the culinary world.

Jabria is a chef who developed a passion for food at a young age. Her journey led her to the International Culinary Center in SoHo, where she honed her skills as a chef and graduated in 2018. Jabria thrives on the creativity of working with diverse ingredients, particularly when the fall and winter seasons inspire her culinary imagination. For Jabria, cooking is more than a profession; it's a form of self-expression and a way to connect with others.

We currently offer three additional services to elevate your celebrations: Mobile Pizza Oven: Made-to-order pizzas with premium ingredients, on-site support, and full service experience. Gourmet Ice Cream Stand: Every Dotties NYC Supper Club features a specialty ice cream flavor designed for that guest list. Bring our custom ice cream stand to your event featuring a curated selection of unique, artisanal ice cream flavors and an array of delightful toppings. We can work with you to develop your own ice cream flavor to personalize the experience even further. Oyster Bar Pop-up: Bring a curated oyster shucking experience to your private events this summer. Experience comes with premium oyster shuckers, an assortment of accruements, and personalized crafted oyster menu tailored to your needs.
