Inspired by Chef Crystal's upbringing in Miami, Florida, and her late Aunt Dottie's legacy of warmth and hospitality, Dottie's NYC seeks to provide guests with an unforgettable dining experience that celebrates Miami's cultural foods with a fusion of American, Cuban and Caribbean cuisines.
